Services provided by owner landlord: Garbage & recycling, landscaping. Tenant(s) responsible for all other services (e.g. electric, gas, water/sewer/storm, internet/media).

Up to two house-trained, well-behaved dogs under 20 lbs/ea (adult weight) will be considered. Owners would want to meet dogs and dogs must have references. Tenants must be diligent about promptly picking up and properly disposing of pet feces. Disruptive or dangerous dogs would be grounds for eviction if behavior not remediated after warnings.  

Absolutely no smoking anywhere on property inside and out. Vaping allowed only outside. No fireworks allowed. 


Monthly rent: $2300 for 1 year lease, $2300 for 6 month lease, $2600 for month-to-month lease

Security deposit: same as 1 month's rent

Last month’s rent: same as 1 month's rent

Pet deposit: $400/dog

Pet rent: $25/dog/month

Applicant(s) should have:

  • Current and previous work references

  • Current and previous rental references

  • Renter insurance, min. $100k liability

  • Rental application form will be provided by owner for free. However, applicant(s) under consideration will need to (each) pay directly to owner-approved background screening service (~$30 per applicant). Owner does not profit from applicant’s background check.
